Skulduggery Pleasant: Dark Days (repost)

(I couldn't log on before so I am posting it now)

Skulduggery Pleasant: Dark DaysThis book is a perfect match between thriller, action, adventure and fantasy. Every single page of it is filled with heart-racening action and mystery up until the very end of the book, and when it ends, it adds a twist with the very last word and makes you anticpate the next book as well as read back the past book of the series. This book is interesting because the main characters always wind up in the most unsolvable situations like being trapped in a world full of dark gods who hunt and torture you and the only way to get out is if your partner risk their lives trying to regain a hopelessly lost object and has to turn outside the laws but somehow they usually manage to find a thin sliver of luck and they escaped, moving closer to solving the bigger mystery. It is also interesting as it contains a lot of suspense to see if they do manage to get out of situations or of they do manage to find evidence to stop the possible crime as well as dwell into the past of the characters, bringing us a better understanding of them. It is extremly descriptive and so projects a clear image into our minds and make us follow the story more and understand it better.
