The Ranger's Apprentice Bk 1 : The Ruins Of Gorlan.

Moreover, it was a good book with an original story line some parts had tense moments which suddenly switched to cheerful moments. The story is somewhere around the medieval times. The main character , Will, always dreamed of being a warrior. Both of his parents are dead, his father died as a hero and mother died in childbirth. The only reason he wants to be a warrior is to follow his father footsteps. On the choosing day he was rejected to join Battle school. He was accepted by a Ranger. Will, like ordinary people, thought they used black magic to make them invisible to people. They were a mysterious bunch of people, rarely seen in public. Of course he feared them, like all the villagers did, so he reluctantly trained with the ranger. I highly recommend you read this book. :D

Skulduggery Pleasant: Dark Days (repost)

(I couldn't log on before so I am posting it now)

Skulduggery Pleasant: Dark DaysThis book is a perfect match between thriller, action, adventure and fantasy. Every single page of it is filled with heart-racening action and mystery up until the very end of the book, and when it ends, it adds a twist with the very last word and makes you anticpate the next book as well as read back the past book of the series. This book is interesting because the main characters always wind up in the most unsolvable situations like being trapped in a world full of dark gods who hunt and torture you and the only way to get out is if your partner risk their lives trying to regain a hopelessly lost object and has to turn outside the laws but somehow they usually manage to find a thin sliver of luck and they escaped, moving closer to solving the bigger mystery. It is also interesting as it contains a lot of suspense to see if they do manage to get out of situations or of they do manage to find evidence to stop the possible crime as well as dwell into the past of the characters, bringing us a better understanding of them. It is extremly descriptive and so projects a clear image into our minds and make us follow the story more and understand it better.

The toilet of doom :D

This book is awesome!
It is extremely funny and always fun to read.
This book is about a boy called Jiggy McCue switching bodies with his best friend Angeline.
I think everyone should read this book, this is because they will know how it feels like to be a girl or a boy.
A very interesting book indeed!!!!

Twilight

Twilight is a romance/action/fiction novel written by Stephenie Meyer. Twilight is the first book of the Twilight Saga and the series are Twilight->New Moon->Eclipse->Breaking Dawn.

I decided to read this book because many people around me read this book and they recommended me to read this book. I started reading this book and realized how interesting and fascinating this book is.

In a simple way the main story of Twilight is a human girl called Bella falling in love with a vampire called Edward. This book is about a very ordinary teenage girl Bella who moves from Phoenix to Forks to live with her dad Charlie who is a policeman. Bella makes new friends at school and get to know about the school. Later, she finds "The Cullens" extraordinary because, the cullens are all very handsome or very beautiful and they have this aura around them which makes Bella to get curious about them. One day, one of Bella's friend was driving and his car broke and he almost hit Bella but, Edward came and stop the car with his hand in a speed of light and Bella finds out that Edward isn't a human but something else. Then she and Edward make a bet about guessing what Edward is. Bella researched about monsters and stuff and click on a website about vampires and she thinks that the Cullens are vampires. The next day she tells Edward that she thinks he's a vampire and Edward tells Bella the truth and they get to know each other better and eventually they fall in love. Since Bella is a human who dates a vampire, she has a lot of risks because vampires find Bella very mouth watering because of the sweet scent she has.

The story line is pretty much predictable but, I couldn't stop reading it because it was too interesting for me to stop reading. I think this book is really exciting to read and personally I think the girls will like this book more than boys because girls like romance more than boys. But, anyway I think Twilight is a pretty much cool book to recommend to other people.

Hunger Games

The Hunger Games is an adventure/young adult/science fiction book written by Suzanne Collins. This is a trilogy series: " Hunger Games, Catching Fire, Mockingjay."
After reading the first 2 books in the series, and as the 2nd on ends with a cliffhanger, I'm really curious as to what will happen in the last book.
The plot is about the 'Hunger Games'in the country of Panem where North America once stood. This is where a powerful government working in a central city called the Capitol holds power. It's and event where the Capitol chooses one boy and one girl from each district to fight to the death. The Hunger Games exist to demonstrate the invincible power of the Capitol.
I particular liked this book, maybe one of my favourites, because this book really demonstrates adventure at it's best and at the same time it is also very dramatic. I can't wait to read the last book in this trilogy series!

Uncle Monty dies, after Count Olaf's ridiculous plan to snatch away the enormous Baudlaire fortune and the Baudlaire orphans get away from Count Olaf's knife. Thrilling and Stimulating, I love his series!

The Queens Nose
I did not find this book that interesting. It is about a girl ( Harmony)who is given a fifty pence coin by her uncle. But the coin is actually magic and can grant her 7 wishes. First she asks for a rabbit, then a bicycle, then a watch, then for her mom not to use her coin, then for her sister to go to America, then to not have to go to school and then for her uncle to get well and live close to them. Her uncle soon gets well from his close to fatal disease and comes back and moves into a cottage close to Harmony's family. The next christmas her uncle gives her something she was going to wish for before she knew her uncle was sick, a labrador.

Ship Of Ghost

well in my opnion i would have to say that his book is a rather strange one, since for example as you read through it the author is trying to build up the reader's tension making him feel terified by describing the ghost's apperance and action with more detail each time. further more the book's genre is most likely to be horror, plus the author's name is nigel hinton. so in conclusion i highly recomend people to read this specific book.
The Sent of Blood
This is a very exciting book of two kids that are trying to solve a murder. They have won a prize where they get to go behind the scenes at a zoo, they get to feed and go in with the animals. From the beginning there was tension in the air. It started with the spray paint and then the next thing you know someones dead. I found it very interesting, thrilling and slightly confusing.
you'll be shocked when you find out who it is.
Being a Grown-up is Cool (NOT!)
This is a story of a girl who wants to be a grown-up at first. She keeps getting in trouble with her mum, and gets her step brother in trouble with her dad. She also manages to erase half her eyebrow!? Indie's mom works at a rescue center for animals, she is also divorced. Dylan (step brother), Fee and Sophie are Indie's 3 best friends and they don't understand why she wants to be a grown-up. In the end however she finally decides that being a kid is cool.

I Am Number 4

This is a GREAT book. I read it just before I saw the movie, and I can say, it is definitely better, even though the movie was pretty good.
This book is about number 4, an alien from a life sustaining planet (similar to Earth) called Lorien. When he was small, a planet called Mogadore invaded Lorien, and 9 children like number 4 were sent down to Earth, in hope that in a few years, they would be able to go back to their home planet and protect it.
The story starts when number three was murdered by the Mogadorians. According to the charm that protects the 9 Loriens, they can only be killed in order. Numbers 1, 2 and 3 were killed, and number 4 is next. After each one is killed, the other Loriens receive a scar in the shape of a circle, notifying them that another of their kind has been murdered. When number four is in Florida, he gets his 3rd scar.
After this, he has to move, otherwise, the Mogadorians will track him down. His next stop is Paradise, Ohio. Here, he creates a new identity for himself, John Smith. At school, he meets a girl called Sarah Hart, who he thinks is cute. After a while, he develops a relationship with her, and they become really close. John also makes friends with a boy in his school called Sam Goode. Sam's dad is believed to have been abducted by aliens, so he believes in 'extra terrestrial activities'.
After a while, the moagdorians find out where John is located, and the war starts. Will he be able to survive and protect his friends? I highly recommend this book!

Tell Me No Lies - Malorie Blackman

I have to say, the characters in this book are quite interesting. With a girl, Gemma who never knew her mother, meets a boy, who's mother is in prison. They both meet each other at school and they start getting into strange situations. But still, the is good just like Malorie Blackman's other good books like 'Pig's Heart Boy'.

The Lost Hero - By Rick Riordan

This is sort of a continuation of the Percy Jackson series but with new characters; Jason, son of Zeus, Piper, daughter of Aphrodite and Leo, the son of Hepheastus. Although it might a a long book (about 500 pages) but still it's worth the while. With amazing adventurous journeys to save Hera and from Gaia, mother earth from awaking from her sleep to destroy Olympus with the Cyclop's help rising from the dead. It's just such an amazing book that just makes you want to keep on reading and reading, this is just what I expect from Rick Riordan and I just can't wait untill 'The Son Of Neptune' coming out soon in Autumn :)

Anne Frank-The diary of a Young Girl

This is a diary of a Jewish, thirteen-year-old girl during World War II. Anne spends a few years with her mother, father, sister Margot, Peter and other people hiding from the Naziz.

Anne writes to Kitty, her diary and exposes her thoughts and unique feelings towards herself and other people.

After a prisoned life, she gets discovered and is captured. Afterwards, she spends rest of short life full of diseases and sicknesses. After Mrs. Van daan's death, her sister Margot's death is followed. Anne died after her sister's death alone, not yet 16.

Anne said, 'I want to live after I die' and this had come true. I strongly recommend this book to people and hope that you understand the pain of war and Anne.
